Poor service at pick n pay promenade

I would like to review pnp as i find it terrible that whenever they have a good special the pnp at promenade never recieves any stock, i went to buy the ricoffy @ R160 for 3 which was for wednesday 25 nov only and they had no stock, i stood in a long que outside for over an hour before entering and when approaching the manager Gideon his response was " they are struggling to get stock to the store and anyways the adverti*****t does read 'till stock last' " i was appauled, a friend of mine bought her ricoffy at pnp adderley street and the shelves were full as well as pallets full in the aisle, so i would like to know what is the issue, this happens everytime pnp has a specail or sale this particular store never has any stock and we have to drive far which i think defeats the purpose because then what am i saving?
