Poor service at Pick n Pay, Piet Retief

Pick a Pay, woodhil shopping centre, Piet Retief. I have been trying for weeks now to update my smart shopper card on the machine, inside store. The keys on the screen are so unresponsive, and you can hardly enter your info on it. I tried to update my details online, yesterday. It did not work and i was reffered back to the store. The managers at the store, sit right next to the smart shopper machine, but will just sit there, regardless of seing a client struggling to use the machine. There is just no service at all, and some of the cashiers wont even greet you, its like they are doing customers a favour to be of service
