Poor service at Pick n Pay

I had order some groceries on the black Friday sale, early in the morning. I didn't answer the call of the delivery guy as I was in a meeting and thinking it is not my first time ordering from the ASAP app. When I eventually got of the meeting which was just 5 minutes after delivery guy called and I returned the call. The driver was extremely rude had the audacity to ask me " don't I know how to answer my phone and if I have a cellphone I must learn to answer it". Secondly I called to reschedule a delivery time I was told I can't as I need to re order l. They will do a refund and I will order again. It is going to be a week tomorrow and I still have not received any refunds from Pick n Pay. This is such pathetic service. And when you them all they tell you they have escalated the complaint but nothing gets done.

Who so ever wants to order on the pick n pay app shouldn't as they are useless and pathetic in service. Never buy from pick n pay again.
