Poor service at Pick and Pay Tzaneen mall

I was in Tzaneen Mall and the was a long queue and with only two terminal open. There was about 10 staff on the floor not merchandisers but pick n pay staff and management. No one seemed to car about us and I asked specifically asked one manager to open more tills and he said to wait there I am bringing a staff to assist you but he never brought any one up until I left my staff and left. We cannot afford to treated like this and it's happening everyday. A big company like this and this is how you treat the customers
