Poor service at Mall@Reds

Standing at the refund after I have been overcharged for item. A person come for Lotto payout, both the ladies then attend to him and started an discussion, this took almost 10 minutes, then one lady just left, when I approached her she said that the other will attend to me. I then put my receipt in front of her, and only then she looked at me for service. This is not what I expect from an company like Pick ʼn Pay, does Lotto take preference above P ʼn P system mistakes.
