poor service at hot deli and cashier numbers

pick n pay Fourways is horrible, this morning i went to buy breakfast @ hot deli and bakery, we were waiting for attendance more than 7 minutes no one was helping us, some other people decided to live, the worse part the people who need to attend us were there but busy packaging rolls and the other one at hot deli she was outside where they put hot full chickens busy sorting them out not even caring about us. is not a firs time they do this, sometimes they stayed at the back where they prepare the meal and you must shout out with high voice to get someone out to assist, this is poorest customer services and when you go for payment is worse because the whole p n pay tills that are more than 6 you will only find 1 or 2 cashier to assist, you stand in que like you waiting a taxi at MTN rank in the morning
