Poor Service and waste of money

I normally buy groceries on the ASAP app because I am off sick. Yesterday 23/2/22 @10:30 I made an order. At 13:30 the delivery guy arrived with 5 packets, but none of it was my groceries. I phoned the guy immediately an he came back to collect the groceries and said he will be back with mine.i never received my groceries yet. I contacted the customer care via email and telephone but nobody responds. It's the 24th now at 9:40 and still waiting for a response. I had to buy water last night and spend double because they don't deliver my stuff. I feel very unhappy.....
