Poor service and systems which do not work

Just tried to purchase a small TV at Pick'nPay Claremont. The excuse for not been able to process the sale is their system is off line for TV licences and cannot advise when the system will be online. Not sure if this is a SABC TV licence or Pick'nPay issue. Just another example of why SA suffers from chronic unemployment. The amount of unnecessary red tape and bureaucracy to purchase a simple consumer item like a TV is mind boggling crazy. Carry on with this nonsense and what the unemployment line grows. Time to put pressure on out political and business leaders to stop this over regulation and compliance bureaucracy and put the country work.
