Poor service and rude staff member

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from pick n pay hazeldean square in silverlakes today Tuesday the 8th at 4:40pm. I requested pie pepper steak from the staff member who was next to the counter but she ask another lady to assist me, and she responded in Setswana and said so they are requesting from you and she continued with whatever she was doing leaving me hanging there. These 2 other Mama's were there chatting without helping me since the one they ask to help just ignored me. What a waste of time, I left because I can't beg for a service from 3 people who are busy chatting with their business instead of assisting a customer.

The lady who was told to assist me was very rude in her response and seem to be angry & uninterested to assist me. Her behaviour will chase customers if that's how she behave. I am very disappointed to receive such horrible treatment. How on earth would I know which person to request a pie, as she was not written she's the one who can serve me. The pie was there already packaged with the prices but they fail to give me. Their service was very poor and unacceptable as they chose to be gossiping instead of assisting a customer. Never ever go to that side of the food, I hate to receive such treatment as if they are doing me a favour.
