POOR SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF

Friday 13 Dec 2019 I went into this store to get a can of Dry Lemon 330mls and also bought a dougnut. I went to the till point no 5 wherein a customer was paying for some reason this gentleman had a problem with his transaction and went out leaving grocery on the till. I then put on my purchases the cashier Zanele looked at me as if I have commited an offense her body language just was not friendly and not even explainin the other genleman went out to make a withdrawal now I must move to another till point. After 5min I just went to another till cause she just gave me dirty looks and not talking yet there were ques and as I was paying she screamed at me and said I must go and pay at another till I responded by saying she must just be quite and stop screaming at me because she further expresses her incompetence which she could not talk to while at her till. Little did I know I was going to wait 20min for this small items there was no price on their system and the front line supervisor just mentioned a price which I asked where that comes from. This store is full of staff who does not love what athey do. Last month I bought chicken which was promoted as on Special the next morning it was smelling the whole kitchen and green in colour I had to drive and return all of it.. when in the store they look at each other and you could see the were aware! Do something about it I am afraid it is not service us wth good intentions.
