Poor service and expiredComplaints, ***

On the 3rd January I bought groceries worth about R450 at Pick n Pay Express Soweto Highway, I was on my way to my otherhome to Springs. The grocery included a box of 18 eggs. On the 4th I wanted to fry the eggs only to find that they were rotten, I took pictures of the eggs and of the slip as I couldn't take them back to PNP Soweto and on the 5th wrote a complaint on the PNP website about the incident. I only received a call from PNP on the 22nd Jan! Then I explained to the lady, she said I should send her the pics and slip. The next day I did just that. Only to get another email asking information that's already on the slip, like: Postal address: Contact number: Smart shopper card number beginning with 735328...:Barcode of the product: Best before date: Sell by date: Quantity: Purchase date: Purchase price: Store at which the product was purchased:<br> I responded back to say its been so long, I throw away the box and info on the slip is all I have, I don't know what the expiry date on the box was. All I Know is that a day after I bought them they were rotten and I have the slip to prove it. Why don't you track the sell via the slip? Till today no response. Lack of responsibility !
