Poor service and bad , undermining attitude

For a long time been buying lunch in Pick 'n Pay Pinelands and find no s****s but selling food. I decided to address the matter as I was expected to eat with a teas**** rice and chicken. I asked for the manager, I was directed to one that said it is not her department and directed to an undermining, with bad attitude person wearing a name tag written "Rene". So I ask about the provision of teas**** to eat lunch and she answers that's all we have and looks away. And I address the fact that it is a continuous thing and with bad attitude "that is what we have" she answers and walks away. While she's at a kiosk I ask her for Pick 'n Pay's complaints department number she goes on the other side of the kiosk hiding from me (without saying anything) so I think she is looking for it on the counter when done paying I will receive the number, I mean I think it is my right to escalate my dissetisfaction as a customer. As I am done walk aroung the counter, found Rene standing and chatting to fellow colleagues and asks if I may get the details she replies "here is Pick 'n Pay's number!" and I say to her couldn't you tell me that when I asked for the numbers and she replies "I'm trying to assist you but you're pushing mos!" I was not angry when all this started but after our engagement I got fumed up because 1. The s****s were supposed to be available, it's not like I was raising nonsense quiry but everyone who can think would have raised it. She is on the wrong as the manager she is not managing her department right but has guts to tell me "we can't help it that people come and use all the s****s" after paying and be told that statement. 2. Her attitude which I told her about it. and rep**** there is no bad attitude she has. 3. Taking it to the extreme I was made to feel like I'm not worth to complain but to just accept whatever service given to me no matter how bad it is even though I am paying for the services. I am still to make a big decision to say no more Pick 'n Pay but decided to give Pick 'n Pay a chance before I can use an umbrella approach because of that.
