Poor service and attitude from Ilse Pick n Pay Table View Appalling is an understatement!!

Ilsa from Pick n Pay Table View gave me an attitude!!! PnP is running a tanqueray special and they offer a free tonic water “assorted” on the till it was not deducting for the zero sugar tonic the teller then calls the supervisor Ilsa. Instead of apologising and doing what she needs to do to make me happy as a customer she takes the zero sugary tonic away and starts uttering Afrikaans words with hand gestures and then she lastly says go get it yourself with a **** off gesture I then lose it and start uttering ***s I call the manager because I wanted an apology and understand why I was getting an attitude she says “I gave you attitude because the zero sugar one was not deducting” I said so you agree that you gave me attitude? You can’t be giving me attitude as a customer. She said I swore and I said I started swearing yes because you were being *****y and giving me an attitude!! That lady is wrong and shouldn’t be dealing with customers!!! She said she’ll lay a complaint against me for swearing how crazy is that I am appalled 😨!!
