Poor Service

On Friday i went to pick n pay Meadowpoint , it was around 19H45 when i arrived there and i decided to go to the bottle store to buy some wine and after buying the wine i wanted to go to KFC becouse i was not going to be able to go into the store and buy checken . On my way to KFC i realised the doors at pick n pay are still opened and my doughter an i decided to go in and when we approched the parcel counter we handed our parcel to the laddy at the counter and she told us that the store is clossed and i imeaditly told her how becouse the doors are still open . she rushed to the security guards and told them to close the doors ., The Security clossed the door as i was about to enter the store and they told me that it is 8 oclock i will npot be allowed to enter the store . There was a long agument between me and them until one of the managers came abd advised them to open the door for me . Now i need to understand how pick and py meadowpoint operate , when the store closses does it mean all the customer who are about to enter the store must be turned away . I think the 2 security guards and the parcel lady needs to be taken for training on customer services . There were 2 other customer who where turned away by the securty gaurds. The service that was given by the securty gaurds is poor and it gives a bad reflection about pick n pay .
