Poor service

Pnp Letsheng Mall is something else, I went there this morning to withdraw my Sassa r370 I was told that they didn't have I understood since it was early, went back afternoon I was also told the same thing to make things worse the guy that was assisting me (Teboho) was supa rude u will think the r350 will come from his salary his just the same as their kitchen staff who are also extremely rude and have no respect for customers those ones will ignore you and talk to one another especially in the morning when they busy making their fatcakes, maybe PnP Letsheng mall is not part of the participating outlets that we can use to withdraw I blv its only fair that they write it down so that we don't waste our time to go and bother them since they are at work and they don't have time for nonsense maybe r350 is nonsense to them I don't know but to me it's very important, m soo disappointed since Letsheng is fairly new I expected some much better.
