Poor service

Woodmead. Served by Josephine Raphela at the cigarette counter at 12h***. After the goods were purchased, R2000 Cash back was requested and she said that she did not have cash and there was no cash in the store. She looked over to some others 3 others and they shook their heads. Went to Customers Services. There were 2 staff there. Asked for the manager and the person asked what the problem was. I stated poor service. The person then made an announcement. I waited and no-one came. The 2 ladies kept cutting paper and I insisted that they looked for the person in charge. Both ladies went off. There left the microphone behind so I called for the manager myself over the broadcast system. Still nothing. Gentleman came out of the office and helped us get the cash. Was it Genderism, Ageism (I am 72) or something else?
