Poor service 😢 😞 😪

I bought a bulb 💡 yesterday at Pick n Pay Chamdor Thato Rankatiso was assisting me I asked him if the bulb is INCORRECT can I RETURN the bulb he said "YES" but I must make sure that I have a till-slip with me. Today I went return the bulb cause it didn't fit I was assisted by a RUDE lady called Thandekile she told me that she WON'T take back the bulb I should have made sure that is a correct bulb, I tried to explain to her but she didn't even give me a chance to talk. She just said I will never change it for you.
