poor service

I bought track pants from pick n pay greenstone and sadly when I got home they didn't fit. I went to festival mall to return them and I was told I needed proof of purchase even though the 7day period was not up and I explained that I don't have the slip because I left it at greenstone as there was a competition so I entered using my slip and the tag is still on. Kenny, who didn't even bother introducing himself to me without being bothered about my explanation abruptly said he couldn't help me saying it was policy. I thought pick n pay was a brand that cared for its image, clearly not.
