Poor service

We are regular customers who support the Table View Pick n Pay branch at least 3 times a week. It is very unfortunate that the staff are extremely unfriendly and appear to absolutely hate assisting their customers. They show an absolute disregard for the customer's purchased items, in our case, throwing our cool drinks across the counter. This is strongly becoming one of the reasons that I would rather travel out of my way to a different groceries store. Perhaps you should communicate to your employees that customer service is of slight importance in your industry.
