Poor service

What a terrible service from Pick n Pay ASAP! On Monday the 23rd of June 2025 at 12:36 I placed an order that I only received at 14:30. With absolutely no communication whatsoever. When I called the customer care line to try and cancel, I was told that I can’t do that! To make things worse? The driver who delivered my groceries came with her two children and you can guess the attitude that came with that. Mind you, on the other previous Friday, I had ordered the burger special which came with mouldy buns so I guess it’s my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt ! My advice? Stick to Checkers Six60 or Woolies Dash as they honour the time as advertised’60 minutes’ and they communicate instead of leaving you hanging for 2 hours!! No wonder this business is going under!
