Poor service
On a recent trip to pick n pay port Shepstone I discovered cat food that was selling at R29. In my greatest wisdom I decided to buy two packets thinking my cat will be happy. No, cat did not want the food, refused to eat it. obviously, like hundreds of other people I do not keep receipts. I decided to return the one packet and buy the normal catmore that my cat eats. This was traumatic. A small town like port Shepstone, everyone knows everyone and I was being interrogated by the store manage, Mr Du plessis and Sue Moodley, infront of all other customers. It was horrific. I was eventually allowed to take the catmore and warned never to return stock again without a receipt. That alone is madness. Why scan your goods and keep an inventory in the first place. Management and staff lack the ability to handle customers professionally. Sue has a terrible attitude and should not be in a position to deal with customers. The manager lacks the insight of integrity and decorum. Do you not believe in calling a client over into an office and discussing what needs to be discussed. I am peaved and I would rather shop elsewere.
