Poor service

I bought an urn last year at pick n pay vaal mall, worth R1399, was told by the cashier that I should keep the box and the slip safe in order something happen and it had a 1 year guarantee, it stopped working in Dec and I couldn't find the slip, only found the slip in March which it had still 6 months remaining, before the guarantee expires, took it back to the store and was given a rude attitude by thd floor manager and told me that they can't refund me or even exchange the item as its the suppliers fault, which I could not understand still, was told that they will have to take thd urn back to the supplier, left it there, up until today nothing has been done, tye call that was locked was resolved in few days, I even sent an email to the store and still they didn't get back to me, It been a month now without the item, don't know what to do now, hence I'm reporting this matter to you, please help
