Poor Service

I brought electricity at Pick n pay Express on Soweto highway on the 5th May and it kept declining to purchase Electricity. Later I was told that they have network problems. My problem is that I swiped and the money went through to pick n pay and I did not get the Electricity. two later I checked with my bank to confirm if they money went through the transaction and yes it did. I made efforts call the shop to let them know and I even there there personally last week Friday ( 7 May 2021), Was told to bring my bank statement because Pick n pay told them about the transactions and they need to refund me. Today I went back and the store manager is taking me from pillar to post when I asked to be refunded my money.

Please assist me getting back my money.
