Poor service

Today pnp asap app had an issue where funds would go off but the order would not process. I am so disappointed in the service provided where there was no help really. I called 3 times seeking assistance all 3 calls over 10 minutes. I have zero strength left in me because even after expressing that items were needed to make something for my children to eat I could not get the items I ordered
