Poor service

Service request *** .a few months ago my smarshopper points were ****** and redeemed in another city.I logged a complaint.was told to block my card and get a new one.however it happened again this week.and nobody comes back to me with a solution.Poor service,I spent a lot of money at Pnp but still waiting on previous feedback a few months now.I will start shopping elsewhere if this is not resolved.just give all my points back
