Poor service

I am still waiting for the milk that they supposed to deliver after charging me for a product that is out of stock. I am just tired of calling them. I wish they can remove products that are out of stock in their app than putting and order at 11am and they only tell you at 4pm that things are out of stock

They must also include the cancelation of the order because their service is bad. I am talking about Pick n Pay.
