Poor service

Visited the woodmead store to draw money through Capitec Bank. Previous time only person available according to the front line manager was on tea break. Took 20 minutes. Went in 2 days ago and the same person told me there was a new system. Was taken to the cigarette counter. Not enough money. Told to wait.Joined the queue again and closed the till. Cashier wandered off and I followed later. Frontline manager ignored me. After I got the cash. Had a 3 way conversation with the stores manager and the frontline manager. No feedback
