Poor service
If I had an option for no star at all I would have selected zero. I am highly pregnant, I went to pick n pay (Witpoortjie) to deposit money in my Tyme bank account, it was in the afternoon. The que was too long, my feet are swollen, I could not stand in the que for long so I decided to go to till no 10, where I found a cashier by the name of Franscina Bokgatso, the lady was rude. She harassed me and told me that I can't just come to deposit my money I must go back to the que, I explained to her that I can't stand for long due to my situation, she told me that's not how they work at that pick n pay, and continued saying if I had a problem I can go to the supervisors. Pick n pay is a big store and I believe that they should train their cashiers good communication skills and service. We can not deliver babies in stores because we can't be assisted on time. Pregnant people are also human, we can not send people to the store with our bank cards. May the store provide customer service training to their staff members. I have never been harassed like this in my life.
