Poor Service!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the 14th of August I was assisted by a lady at Vosloorus Pick n Pay teller 7 at around 1pm. The service she gave me was very appalling, I even greeted her and she did not respond. We are all human and have problems but we leave our problems outside as soon as you enter your workspace. I also work in customer care and to receive such service was really heartbreaking. Please take your staff to soft skills training because no one should experience such behaviour.
