Poor service

<p>Their shelves are always empty on month end. I also complain about this last year on their website and they phone me back with a lot of excuses and said that they will improve it. This is now a year later but still no improvement.</p> <p>Last weekend when I bought a few articles they want to put it in a big bag because they dont have the normal size bags.</p> <p>I spoke to the manager and ask him if I really must pay for a big bag even if I have only a few articles.</p> <p>Yes said yes, so I ask him what he can do about .</p> <p>So he answer and said sorry it is what it is.</p> <p>BAD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>That is why I will from now on do my monthly shopping at Checkers. Their shelves are always stocked.</p>
