Poor service
I have placed groceries online via Pick n Pay asap , that was Friday the 23rd I paid R2100.00 , some items r missing n they have not credited my account , I made 3 calls no one has got back to me , my money has gone to Pick n Pay bank account and they r not delivering Where do I report this , I Can't be ****med by a well known Shop

03 Mar 2024, 05:58I have requested for that money to be refunded, during the week till to date it's not showing! Do u know how we struggle financially n there a well known retail that I trusted is failing me , I will never again place anything with you guys , I want my refund immediately
