Poor service

I would like to report a pathetic service received from pick n pay asap I have placed an order at 11:28am , the order had my 9months food n till now I have not received my order , no communication no nothing , I also missed my baby's Dr's appointment cause I'm stucked in the house for hours waiting on my delivery this is so wrong, I am so annoyed as I spent my last money and my son has nothing to eat
