Poor Service

<p>I went to Pick n Pay to return an appliance that I had bought sometime in August. I didn't have a slip and I was assisted by Willie who was just rude I don't know if pick n pay just picked him up on the side of the road and asked him to come and manage their store, he was disrespectful and his staff kept laughing as they listened to our conversation. Willie and I didn't reach an agreement and so I asked to see his boss. An Indian lady came, she was nice and helpful, she gave me options that that imbecileWillie didn't. The lady didn't introduce herself or her tiltle and so my overall experience was not nice. It seems like Pick n pay is a zoo.</p>
