Poor service
Placed an order on ASAP app, never delivered. They canceled the order and promised to refund me, however I will only get the money after 15 days, that's unfair and unrealistic considering the fact that I paid instantly but gotta wait for 15 days for my money. Not even foreign banks takes that long to process payments. Poor service, today is the 8th day waiting for refund and 12th day since I placed the order.

Despite promising several times on emails that I will get my money within 10 working days, there's still no sign of my money and 15 days including holidays has lapsed. Will never ever buy from you guys or encourage anyone for that matter. Just send me my money please. I don't really have to beg for it.
