Poor service

Hi my name is Prince.... I visited PNP in vrededorp/pageview in BP garage on Sunday the 16th of this month at night and I went to buy pies and I received a very poor disappointing service from the cashier and supervisor on duty that night whom refused to give me their names and were not wearing their name badges.... The lady refused to sell pies to me because I didn't have cash and claimed that they don't swipe after nine o'clock and the ATM was out of service..... Such an inconvenience to me if you ask me and I was told that it's not their problem that I don't carry cash on me and that I should have came earlier..... The gentleman named Ali the patrol attended was kind enough to help me fill my patrol tank and I swiped for it however what I don't understand is that how can I pay for patrol using the card and not pay for pies using the same card?.... I just want to applod him for a great service and say this to BP garage management that they will loose clients due to rude PNP staff and its managers.... I will appreciate if I can get a formal feedback with regards to the above mentioned complaint.... I even took a video of both the cashier and the supervisor whom was in duty that night if it will help with my case..... Here's my email..... ***. ......
