Poor service

At lunch time went to pick n pay to buy a few items and ended up buying quite a few items and had used the small trolley and once the lady had finished packing she left my things on the counter knowing very well they wont fit in the trolley so I had to push the trolley with one hand and carry the other plastic with my other hand. When I got to the trolley bay I decided to take a big trolley and as I turned the security guard was standing behind me holding the trolley and did not say a word to me in short take your things I want the trolley.. As I hurriedly took my plastics one got tone and my items mostly beverages fell on the floor and all the guard did was just take the items and throw them in the trolley without a word. If I was using public transport I was expected to carry the things on my lap and I paid for the plastic which got torn infront of him as he hurried me so he gest his precious trolley.. I could even go inside to address this as I still have an outstanding complaint with the shop and the managers attitude is very bad..
