Poor service

Placed an online order through the Pick n Pay Bottles app but only half of the items on my order were delivered. Phoned customer service a few times only to be told the driver "forgot" to deliver the rest of the order and that they will phone me back to give me an update as to where the rest of the items are, did not even bother to phone me back. Pathetic, I will never ever buy from any Pick and Pay store again.
