Poor service

<p>My daughter visit" Pick 'n Pay " in Fichardpark,Bloemfontein on the 30th July and bought R900 worth of goods.She took out her smart shopper card ,with a credit R349 on it aswell as 3 specials couponds.She stand in line for one hour and place her card,credit slip and special couponds ,in front of the cashier(Kelebegile Merae)The cashier started billing the goods and when my daughter asked about the card,credit slip and couponds she answer that she did not notice it and now start scanning it but all in vain.So she called her supervisor(Bortumelo Botsime)She talked to the cashier and not to my daughter.</p> <p>My daughter had to pay in cash and now had to wait 7 days for her credit to be back on her smart shopper card.It is already 2016/08/16 and only R12 on her card.The manager told my daughter that anyone made mistakes.To receive R349 credit on smart shopper she had to buy goods worth R34900 . </p> <p> </p>
