Poor service

I went to pick n pay hatfield take note this is the second time i complain about this particular branch n fill like their service is getting worse... I did my groceries only to discover only 2 ques functiong over 5 tellers not working lines are insane literally till at the end of the shop ask this other big dark guy (looks like a supervisor) he tgen acted surprised he doesn't have tellers went to the glass office and passed me as if i ddnt ask if he had other tellers ti assist i literally waited over 10 minutes as he passed me by and said nothing to me till i left my groceries thre and left clearly customer queries are not taken seriously how this branch operates is beyond me
