Poor service

Placed an order at 18h30 on the ASAP app order never arrived I saw updates of order being picked and packed only to not get it,waited almost an hour on the helpline chat to speak to an agent to no avail I even sent an email only to have a consultant reach out at 21h30 telling me the store is closed and there's nothing that can be done the store didn't even bother contacting me at all now I have to wait for 09h00 the next day which could be 11h00 I haven't gotten paid spent my last cents even if I want a refund I'd get my money after 5 days no remorse whatsoever for the inconvenience I won't be home at the time they deliver it's just inconvenience after inconvenience no apology no compensation for all this inconvenience
