Poor service.
On Saturday night I bought food on pick n pay ASAP. There was a malfunction with the app, I checked out and money was deducted my account, I made several calls and sent multiple emails but yet no one has gotten back to me and I still havent received my order. Now I dont have food nor money to go buy elsewhere. Worst experience ever I will never use their services again because this is a ****

08 Oct 2024, 20:55You clearly couldn't advice when I sent the emails or left voice messages on your line. Your service is beyond worst. You shouldn't me offering e-commerce services if you can't keep you with the technologies.
