Poor Service

I bought Hisense Stove at Pick n Pay Hyper in Ottery last year in July , I has 2 years warranty in May 2020 the Stove cracked , I contacted the store i was ask to send Picture of it and proof of payment of which i did, currently i have back and forth emails asking same thing over and over and i was told they will get back to me before 5pm on 29 July . Today is 07 Aug 2020 i have not yet received a feedback.
