Poor service
I bouth a 55 inch Blaupunkt curve TV in Feb last year(2018) at Pick n Pay Hyper Brackenfell. Half of the screen is black with no picture, so I went there yesterday to have it fixed under warranty. I asked how long it will take and the guy said 7 to 21 working days. So basically a month. I said fine in that case I need a loan TV, because I can't be without a TV. The guy said "no no way" and looked at me as if I'm a freak. So I took my TV home and now I am watching TV on half a screen. Thank you Pick n Pay for the inconvenience. This was the last time I will ever buy any appliance from you. Werner
