Poor service

On the 29th of Nobemver 2018 we visited the Pick n Pay family store at the South East Boulevard building in Vanderbijlpark. Besided the fact that the power was out till after 16:00 and most people had to go buy food. It was also end of the month which means a lot of customers and busy store. But besided that there was only 3 pay tills open.... 3 on the end of the month, and customers were standing in long queues to pay. When a customer asked the manager about this her respons was we are working on it.... So working on it ment she was walking up and down from the one till to the next arms folded and only called one worker to the front 2 times that wirker never turned up. Trollies and baskets were standing the entire isle full no one even tried or attempted to clearcallcthe trollies and baskets from the paypoint .... And this Pick and pay was considered to be one if not the best one in vanderbijlpark but now i seriously doubt that...
