Poor service

PnP Maponya is subjecting us "customers" to substandard service.

Had to stand in a que for well over an hour.

Walked into to the store at 15:00 to go buy 2 items "kids nappies & Cerelac", joined the que to the tellers at 15:10 only for my stuff to be ranged up at 16:13.

Having had experienced North Gate Hypers service, one is left with questions like are we given such poor service cause the store is in a predominatly black township, maybe we not using our hard earned cash to pay for the damn products/service or the management doesn't value the black people money.

Let them stand for as long as they can, it's unlike they have anything better to do with their life's.
