Poor service

Good afternoon I was in Pick 'n Pay Clothing Store in Benmore Gardens Shopping Centre last week to buy 2-3 year old clothing for girls. There was 1 little white jersey on the shelf and I was horrified to see how filthy it was. I showed the staff who quickly retorted that it was "not their fault". So I said well I do not work here so it can hardly be my fault. No accountability or other form of assistance whatsoever. I had to literally beg them to help me. This type of conduct when dealing with customers it totally unacceptable, especially in an upmarket store in Sandton! Please do something about teaching staff how to be courteous and helpful in future.
