Poor service.

A vbery impolite teller by the name of Babatwane(I think) served me today. I spend thousands at Pick n Pay as I am part of the LSM 10 bracket. She firstly asked someone to take my place despite the fact I was asked to move out of my queue to the cigaret counter as there was no one there. She asks I customer standing behind me to come in front of me. Then as she is unpacking my items, she leaves the condiments and plastic fork behind and points the basket to me to pack them out and into my carrier bag. When I asked her to pack them in she grinded her teeth. I reported her to the manager but I'm not sure if anything will be done about it. She shouldn't be in customer service let alone at Pick n Pay. This happened at around 1h10pm today at the cigarette counter.
