Poor service

I have just came back from Pick n Pay Kyalami and got the worst customer service from Jennie who had the audacity to tell me that I'm not her customer but i was next on the que inside the store and also she told me straight up to call her manager and report her ...clearly she gets away with her attitude and not being reprimanded...i don't work far from there i do my small groceries from time to time and never have i ever had such experience.
