Poor service
Good day, i was at Pick n Pay today to buy the Vegetables Combo as it was advertised on the television. All four items are R100 and all the items were available but i couldn't get them. The system couldn't deduct the prices of the items to R100 none of the supervisors knew what the problem was, and the floor managers just stood and did nothing they were just watching. My question is why do they have to advertise the Combo when some customer's wont get it? I heard that some customer's did get the combo at the shop

24 Mar 2020, 09:54We are in chrisis of a serious and dangerous virus in the world, yet Pick n Pay in Aliwal North stuff is working without mask and gloves on, its worse the cashiers.. they are holding different kinds of money and products of a customer, the are no sanitisers on each and every shelf for customers, remember we customers come from different places. The store needs to opperate in reducing the virus in the country not being ******** about it people will be infected.the stuf doesn't even have sanitisers, if they are failing to provide with such why not close the shop for everyones safety.
