Poor service

Complaint about PiknPay Dobsonville Name of the rude attendant _Ms/Mrs K****tso Ramela

I'm so appalled and very frustrated by the Cashier I dealt with today 09:15am 06/01/2023 at the PICKNPAY Dobsonville liquor store. I went there to withdraw from the till and when I got to the cashier I asked her to assist with a withdrawal but before I could even metion the amount she had already said she has no money for withdrawals so I proceeded to enquire why she said she can't help even before I mentioned how much I wanted to withdraw. Her first response was that she hates repeating herself, I then said but you didn't even confirm if my withdrawal was just R50 basically alluding to the fact that it could be a small amount, she then responded by telling me that she doesn't care how much the amount was she had already told me that she doesn't have money in the till, she then asked for the next customer while I was trying ask her why she was so rude. I left the PiknPay liquor store and got inside the PiknPay grocery store to get assistance. When I left the store I was so upset I felt I needed to take her details to report her so I went back to the Dobsonville PiknPay liquor department and asked her name and surname and with no hesitation she gave me her name and surname and when I asked how her surname is spelled she then with a smug look on her face responded by saying can't even spell. Wow this lady is the most rude customer service agent I've ever dealt with, I'm very upset that someone treated me in a manner that made me even go to the lengths of taking a video of her while she was mocking me and post her on social media. Her last utterance was Ooh I'm going to be famous. This is the service that is respectful humans detest more especially when your asking for a bare minimum service whilst you as a customer are being respectful to that person who is rude to you. I left with my jaw on the floor& swore never to return to that store. I will be posting this on social media disgrace that particular store.😡😡😡😡😡
